DiscipleOne is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization dedicated to equipping churches and believers to grow lifelong disciples of Jesus through relational, measurable, and sustainable approaches. The platform provides free discipleship tools and church dashboards that enable pastors to monitor and support congregational spiritual development.
Objective
As Full Stack Software Engineer, I develop and maintain the core platform infrastructure, church leadership dashboards, and integration systems. The goal is to create technology that makes discipleship accessible to every believer while providing churches with visibility into spiritual growth metrics.
Process
Development focuses on creating intuitive interfaces for church leaders, building analytics dashboards for tracking spiritual engagement, and ensuring all tools remain 100% free for believers. I work on the partner network systems and training resource delivery platforms.
Technical Implementation
Leveraged advanced machine learning algorithms and AI models to enhance user experience and system performance. Implemented intelligent recommendation systems using collaborative filtering and deep learning techniques. Utilized modern AI frameworks including TensorFlow.js for real-time inference and Python-based ML pipelines for model training and optimization.
Impact
DiscipleOne now serves 50+ partner churches in beta, engages over 1,000 active users, and has facilitated 10,000+ completed quiet times—all while maintaining 100% free access. The platform emphasizes local church-centered ministry rather than top-down spiritual formation.
